To help expedite the loan process, you can fill out a finance application online and use our calculator to determine your monthly payment amount. On all new and most pre-owned vehicles, we offer Harper Care, which is an unlimited time and miles powertrain warranty. This feature also provides you with free loaner vehicles with scheduled service and complimentary car wash with every service visit.
Our highly qualified technicians, who are Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified, aim to give you exceptional service in a timely manner, while our parts department can help with genuine INFINITI replacement parts and accessories. You can easily Schedule Service appointments online or call our department directly. Our Service Department remains open until 6 p.m. on weeknights.

If you're interested in smaller luxury vehicles, consider the INFINITI Q50 sedan or Q60 coupe. The Q50 offers agile handling and an optional powerful V-6 engine, while the Q60 has a high-end interior with standard leatherette upholstery.
Charitable Giving
At Harper INFINITI, we seek to give back to the community that has supported us for so many years. We consistently support several local organizations, including the Knoxville Inner City Kids Outreach Inc. (KICKO), Dogwood Arts Festival, McClung Museum of Natural History and Culture, Junior Achievement of East Tennessee, and Emerald Youth Foundation. We also help national affiliations, including the Boys & Girls Club, United Way, American Heart Association, and American Cancer Society.
We also established our own foundation, Ruthie's Fund, which is run by our founder. This dollar-for-dollar charity donates all its funds to the families of cancer patients. In addition, we sponsor multiple track days, audio show trips, and cars and coffee events.
