A: Our atmosphere is relaxed and inviting while still being direct and efficient. The culture of the dealership is unlike any other I have ever been to. I like say we are in the business to sell cars and not the "car business". We want the consumer to feel free to browse at their leisure without pressure. Our sales staff is always there to answer any questions, demo a product or feature, or anything else to make someone feel at home while making a buying decision.

Q: What is the inventory like?
A: Since April we have had some inventory issues due to the Tsunami in Japan and a series of hailstorms that blew through shortly after. As of now, fortunately, we have truckloads of new cars arriving daily. We should be back to full capacity by the end of July. Due to Infiniti's Japanese plant geographic location and component distribution processes, we are far ahead of our competitors in inventory replenishment.

A: Harper Infiniti has no "Doc Fees" or "Dealer Add ons". Our Pre-Owned vehicles have been screened and have had all service brought up to date. In addition, our Certified Pre-Owned vehicles have to pass a 145-point inspection in order to be eligible for certification. In other words, we don't just rinse off a used car and throw it out on the lot. We care about our customers and what we sell them.
